Thanks for the reply, Michael. I'll try disconnecting
the four heatsink connectors and re-seating them.
The CPU is pretty close to the power supply in this
case as well. It's about 1.5 inches below the bottom
of the Antec Neo HE430 power supply. I don't think
that's what's making it too hot because I don't feel
any heat at all coming from the bottom of the power
supply.

The second problem I had was that the CPU was too close to the power supply in the case, less than an inch between them. A lot of heat was being dumped into the power supply and I could feel the heat through the side of the case. A new case with a couple of inches of clearance solved the air flow problem and dropped the temperatures over 20C.
