Bios Boot

Hi,
Recently I bought an asus mainbourd p5p800-mx with a celeron d326
processor
for my computer.
My question is about the boot sequence.
In the BIOS menu BOOT is written that
"A virutal floppy disk drive may appear when you set the
cd-rom drive as the first bootdrive".
Does anyone know what this means exactly?
I am not sure but I think this may cause problems during the start-up
of the computer,
in any case before I brought my computer home from the store there was
a F1 at
start-up. The HD was then connected as Praimary Master and the CD-Rom
as
Secondary Master.
My hard disk drive is now connected as Secondary Master
and my CD-ROM as Primary Master. They connected it this way in the
store.
My fear is that if I would change the order maybe a problem could
accour during the start up of the computer.
Does anyone know something about this?
THanks in advance.
Vivian
