I've just put together a config based on the above motherboard. I've
installed a 2.6GHz P4 processor and 256MB of DDR and the POST works fine.
I have installed a MAXTOR 250Gig SATA-II drived jumpered for 150Gb/s
operation.
In the BIOS I have SATA - IDE enabled (ie no RAID). The Bios correctly
reports a 250G Maxtor during POST as drive Master 3.
When I then try to install XP from my XPSP1 CD, the drive is reported as
being 131Gb. How do UI get XP to recognise the correct size of the drive?
TIA
STeve
