A8N-SLI Premium SATA question

Which configuration is better for a Raid 0 array? Using the Nvidia Nforce
controller or the Silicon Sil3114R controller? I also want to have my 3rd
SATA on a seperate controller. Which controllers am I better off doing this
with? Thanks in advance.
