Overclocking an older CPU

I have an Asus A7V333 mobo (revision 1.xx - cough cough). I've got an AMD
Athlon XP 2400+. I have 768MB of RAM - (one being PC-3000 (512) and the
other being PC-2700 (256)). How much overclocking can I do? I've got it
overclocked right now to 2.2GHz, but the only thing I did was bring up the
multiplier, so basically the only difference it made was its ability to
benchmark at higher scores. (I'm a novice at overclocking if you can't
tell.) Where do you recommend I actually start out? I'll drop the
multiplier to make something else faster if I can. I have not increased the
VCORE yet.
Multiplier X FSB = clock speed.
Thanks.
