They will more than likely work just fine - but the 440BX chipset on
your boards will only recognise 256MB per DIMM. If they are still a deal
at half capacity, and you can try before you buy, go for it.
Horrible advice. If the dimms are organized into one bank
they won't be seen at all on a BX motherboard.
