Power supply brand and model number (or list the volts and amps on
the label) ?

Hardware inventory ? Do you have a lot of other stuff in the computer ?

Get a copy of Asus Probe. You can leave Asus Probe running in
the background. Run your game for one minute (less than the
time for the game to crash), then exit the game and have a look
at the data that Asus Probe has collected. Are the voltages
from the power supply (3.3, 5, 12) within 5% of their
nominal value ? If one of them is low, like the +3.3V, it
could be that either the new supply is gutless, or perhaps
there is a bad connection between the motherboard and the
PSU. (In that case, reseat the 20 pin connector and make
sure the latch on the connector is engaged.)

Other than that, I'd check to see if the fan is still
running on the video card. Perhaps the GPU is overheating.

You should disable automatic restarts in Windows, so that
you can capture the BSOD when it happens. While it will
likely display the video driver name as the culprit, if
the error each time is at a random location (never
twice the same), that might indicate flaky memory.
