K8V SE Deluxe Not Seeing 3 GB Ram

I have an Asus K8V SE (BIOS 1007.003) and I just replaced my 1 GB (2 512)
with 3 1 GB sticks (Kinston KVR400), but the system is only showing 2 GB. I
checked the memory (moving it to different slots) and all the sticks are
good. I also started PC Probe and it recognizes the 1 GB stick in each of
the slots.

Can someone please help?
