P4PE and USB

My P4PE with 2.8 Ghz CPU has been giving me problems with USB.
I use a powered belkin USB hub and if I have more than 1 USB device plugged
into it, I get an error message saying something to the effect that there
isn't enough power.
How can this be? I've tried using a different hub, and tried plugging the
hub into different USB ports on the board. All with the same result. It
doesn't happenm on my otjher PC also with a P4PE and hub. Could this be a
BIOS upgrade issue?
Thanks
