I believe that you can set a divisor for Q-fan in BIOS so that you can come
closer to the speed you want. At least that's the way it works on my
a7n8x-deluxe 2.0. You cannot make it go faster as there is no way to alter
power output beyond a constant 12V as is default.

Sisoft has never shown me a correct temp or voltage for years.
