Thanks for everybody here is the final solution:
My Corsair TWINX 2x512MB CL2 was not recognized by the pre-installed BIOS.
I have changed the mem with generic one, download and installed the 1015.001
rev of BIOS,
reinstalled my Corsair ram and after that everythink is OK !
I have also try to set the CAS to 2.5 instead od 3 without sucess (up to now
!)
I will keep you inform...

NB: It seems that we can have lot of troubles with Corsair on ASUS A8N...
