A8N-SLI deluxe: no beep no video

Hi, I have installed an A8N-SLI deluxe with Corsair mem 2x512MB, AMD3500+
but when I powerup the system: no video, no beep at all.
I have done the power up with/without disk, w/wo DVD, w/wo flopypy, still
nothing.
The fans are ok, the green led on the mobo is ok, the led on the front on
the box is ok.
Correct me if I am wrong:
- even with no processor, the system should start POST and should says: no
processor (if bad processor)
- even with no memory installed i should at least hear something...

Where is the POST reporter output? out line? speaker of the chassis?
Should it works at the very begining of the POST (cf page 3-3: no CPU
installed)

I think that my mobo is bad...
Any ideas?
