No real need to create a "special" boot disk.
If you set your BIOS to boot off CD as 1st boot device
you will automatically get that message and if you push
nothing it will boot off the 2nd boot device..the HD

I need to create a bootable dvd that once booted it waits for 30.
seconds and if not key are pressed it will boot on the active hard
disk.
A sort of graphical example of the menu:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Press any key to boot Norton Ghost
-------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------
If no keys are pressed the pc will boot
the active partition on hard disk in xx seconds
------------------------------------------------------------------------
