I was the first costumer when Charter extended their broadband service
in this direction. That was back in 2002. My sister's phone company
has just now got around to extending it to her area. Sadly, she is
the last person I know that had dial up.
Anyway........I now need a temporary dial up connection. I was using
her account in emergencies like being down here in my area, which
doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
I would not be interested in something like net zero. I would like to
find low cost way to log on without using a shell account.
Suggestions?
The ideal solution would be for to Charter to furnish dial up during
down time, but that is not gonna happen.
