If you want to talk about email headers and what you can determine about
their source, post in the newsgroup alt.spam.
Mail via gmail webmail does not carry the IP of the gmail client's
connectivity source, just the gmail webserver.
and I tried tracing IP
from email header but was not successful as yahoo uses Domain keys but
anyhow I tried and all i could find a very weird IP (May be that of a
server) that it's origination is from US but I know that's not
possible as that anonymous knows me very well and I can make out from
the texts and personal facts that the sender is in India...
There is a publically accessible yahoo email address for a Pritu
Chaudhary, who announced hir name, hir mother's name and the yahoo email
address on a web forum.
Is there
any software to decode message ID to IP or something like
that...Really need some assitance
This is the wrong group. alt.spam will be better.
