Or get a card that fits the PCI bus. Just when I was about to
buy an external hub, I came across a computer waiting for the garbage
truck, and it had a USB adapter card inside, which I grabbed. Gave
me four (plus an internal) more USB ports.

The keyboard is using it's own port right off the Motherboard. It's not
on my 3 piggybacked USB hubs.
