Consult the Windows Installer SDK for detailed command line help.
I have never seen this message in the past when installing software on
this computer. I would appreciate any assistance that you might provide
so that I can load this software successfully.
It is possible that the installer itself has a bug. The installer might
not be well tested and could be making assumptions about installation
dependencies. It might be attempting to run a command line utility which
doesn't exist, or perhaps it needs to be run from the Administrator
account.
The Windows Installer stack is quite complex, there is lots to get wrong.
Assuming you didn't get the software from the bit torrent shop, you
should contact the software publisher for support.
