Did you try replacing the memory? Or trying to boot with only one stick
populated?

try following steps:
boot pc
if keyboard light gets on & immed off then ur processor ok
also confirm ur onboard speaker is ok
use ram & processor on another pc
it seems to b ur motherboard is faulty
hope it works
