If the noise is coming from a speaker, it's an alarm.
I'd guess it coming from a fan and you can remove the fan, remove the
sticker, put a drop or two of thin oil on it, spin it around a bit so
the oil will work into motor bearings. That should fix it. Or you can
buy a replacement fan, they are cheap.
