Shockwave wont run!

My Mother in Laws computer says a new version of shockwave must be installed
everytime it tries to run. I have followed the help I found online and to
save listing everything I have tired here is the link that I have used...
http://www.shockwave.com/help/faq_flashplayer.jsp
I have tried everything suggested and it still won't work. I was also told
to check a setting in QuickTime to make sure it hadn't taken control but
this also checked out ok.
She has Norton and I have turned off the Firewall and checked no pop up
blockers are running anywhere.
Has anyone got a way I can't find out why this isn't running and then know
what I have to do to rectify it?
There are no pop up messages or security questions when trying to run, just
keeps asking for a newer version.
Thanks
Graham

Having the appropriate flame resistant work wear is one way to keep it safe by staying out of hot water so to speak. There are many styles, choices, and designs specifically designed to appeal to the majority of reasons and whys a person may need such working attire.
