Computer Is Dead

When I push the power button, nothing turns on.

I replaced the power supply, didn't help.

I replaced the video card, didn't help.

I checked the motherboard for visable capacitor rupture. None.

I reseated the memory stick, didn't help.

I changed out the hard drive, didn't help.

System not overclocked and was not overheating at the time of failure.

Has anyone had this problem before? If so, please give me some
advice.
