I have a CISNET PC, running Windows XP on Pentium 4 3GHz 512MB RAM,
with a onboard sound card, a Logitech QuickCam, want to go Live

I can hear the other party's voice, I can speak to my MIC and hear my
voice on my PC, but the other party can not hear me.

The sound control software is AC 97 Audio, and I have tried almost
every possible configuration with it. Still I can not make the other
party hear my voice.

I guess this may be due to the sound card is not full duplex?

Nope ... It's obviously a software or configuration problem.
Exactly which and where, I'm not so sure.

Did you try downloading the latest AC97 drivers?
