You can do that by running an XP installation CD or by using something like
BartPE (Bart's Preinstalled Environment (
http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/).
To do that you need a CD-R, DVD-R or DVD+R drive. Many DVD drives handle
all 3 formats, and they are cheap.
