OT: Cyber-bullies?

I read this article, and I'm still confused. Is it possible to bully
someone in cyber-space?

Are kids today more sensitive than they used to be? It's hard for me to
imagine how someone could feel bullied over cyber-space. I mean, at worst,
the bully is nowhere near you, so what's the big deal here? -Dave
