I think most do (including the card I recently bought for $140), and
they work well in Windows XP. Some of them have two DVI
connectors and some have one VGA and one DVI connector. If you buy a
card with two DVI connectors, make sure the accessories include two
DVI to VGA adapters if you have two VGA monitors. NewEgg displays
the accessories. Good luck.
