Err..what graphics card are you using? If you are using a 3.3V AGP
card, it'll kill the motherboard.

It also proves that one of the components you are using is possibly
faulty, rather than the motherboard itself.

As well as..

1 is quite possible.
2 faulty is unlucky.
3 faulty is pretty much guaranteed to be something you are
doing/fitting which is wrong.
