what could I put under the board? is there a spray or something? I've

What case do you have?
where did you get the MB from?

Take the board out of the case. bench test the main board (cardboard under
it or the foam that it came packed in).
Look to where the mount screws contact the stanchions (pylons, pins
whatever). does the MB touch the case in anyway, other than the mounts. Did
you put stanchions in EVERY hole, but only use the ones that lined up with
the holes in the MB?
