Not a good situation, usually there is mucho downward force unto the CPU.

i've tried refitting everything but still to no avail but found out
what it might be.
when i moved the board out of my case, the cpu fan moved a bit as if
its not sitting securely on the cpu so im thinkin if its moving when
i turn my pc upright causin a power shortage or something
