Hard Drive Temp To Hot?

Intel D915 MB- P4 -3.0. 1 gig ram - 3 200 GB WD Hard Drives- 1- 250GB WD
hard drive. One of the 200 GB drives is the op system. For some reason the
250 GB drive is running at 72C when the other three are running at
43,49,53C. It is mounted in one of the large drive bays under the DVD drive
and gets the same amount of air as the others. The drive is only a week
old.....Bad drive???
