Best Heat Sink and CPU Fan for P4 3.0 on a D915 MB

I have the Intel CPU Fan and the bios settings let in increase and decrease
speed with the CPU temp. However, when it is warm out this baby just
screams. I have heard that the Intel fans do this. I have changed the bios
to keep the fan at a steady speed for now and my temp is just fine. About
109F. What is the best sink and fan to switch to?
Thanks.
J.
