Power supply: Antec NEO 550 dead?

I know...this is stupid!
Bought a new Antec NEO 550. Completely installed, connected, turned
on. NOTHING. Checked AC cord with meter. Got 110VAC. Tried another
known working mobo & drive. Nothing.
Am I correct in assuming that it must be enabled by a power switch
function off the mobo? Unfortunately wisked outatown before I could
check this out. Now wondering in a hotel.
