msi motherboard not loading bios new celeron

i upgraded my processor to 3.06 celeryon 345 533fsb sock478
now bios wont load
board is msi 651m-v / onboard agp, ac...97 sound
also added 1gb ram / 1024mb pc3200 ddr 400mhz
memory speed/CPU FSB support matrix

400 mhz ok ok
533 mhz ok ok

no jumper to clearcmos
so i pulled battery for 10 mins
unplug for 30 min
bios wont load
