Will PC3200 substitute for PC2700?

I wish to upgrade the ram in my Satellite, M30X-S214. It has a Celeron
M 1.3ghz. Crucial site recommends PC2700, Cas 2.5, DDR333 ( 2 X 256, 512
or 1024)--which is what is in it now. Can I use PC3200, Cas 2.5, DDR400 as
a substitute & enjoy the same performance gain offered by the PC2700? It
is quite a few $ cheaper at a local special..
