Yesterday I checked some voltages in the mobo. Today I am checking the
heatsink.

I dont remember the exact value of +5VSB but I have it at home, I will
post it here.

When I short PS_ON and GND and connect it to the movo, the PC works
pretty well.

Now I have to find if the problem comes from the chipset. Where can I
find the data***? and what kind of information can I get from it?
