If iam going X2 might as well get 2 X2 3800's and plonk them into the
one Mobo. Want to do some HD videoencoding and stuff liek that , that will
require that kind of power.


Dual core Athlon X2s are not supported on dual CPU motherboards.
Only dual core Opterons are such as model # 265 but each once
costs ~$750+.
