Hi,
Some virus or piece of malware seems to be adjusting the date & time
on my pc's system clock.
Yesterday, I noticed that the clock was showing the wrong date &
time... it was showing April 1 0500, ie 15 or so hours earlier
that the date/time here in New Zealand.
I immediately went & adjusted this... but when I hit the apply button,
the time immediately bounced back to April 1.
<snip>

Go to "Control Panel", "Date/Time" and make the time zone is correct.
If not, change it and click "Apply". Then set the time.

Ben
