AntiVir asking for permission

I just got the latest version of AntiVir. I also have Comdo Firewall Pro with the latest version. Comodo keeps asking to give permission to allow "avguard.exe". This happens every minute or so even when I allow and check off "remember my answer." The only thing different is the port number. I can spend all day doing this and it keeps on asking. Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a fix. This is driving me nuts! Everything was fine until the last update from AntiVir.
