HGPLUGin USA Class

This little bugger "HGPLUGin USA Class"
keeps showing up as a damaged file in Downloaded Program Files. Bit Defender
Deletes it, but then it will show up again!
Even if I remove it manually from the folder. Where is it from ........and
why......... and how to stop it?
