Bit Defender- question

A screensaver, always a risk. Testing the executable before running it.

I ran BD on the executable, it's scan found a virus. I selected Delete,
ran the scan again, still there. I ran Disinfect, still there. I ran Move
to Quarentine, still there.

What is the setting that BD will remove the virus permanently?

BTW, Ewido did not detect the virus.
