Virus identification
I have a virus. Which one?
The main clue is when I try a virus scan or ad ware or spy war scan - the
machine shuts down (turns off).
I have been able to run a Symantec removal tool for "w32 blaster.worm" , but
this was not the problem.
One more clue: it is trying to sell me a Dell Computer with a phony pop-up.
Any suggestions.
Thanks.
