NAV runs with several services. You can't remove services in safe mode, and NAV
services can't be removed in normal mode while they are running. Temorarily
turn of all Norton services in normal mode and run the uninstall. It will
remove the NAV services, and the other Norton services (if you are running
other Norton programs) will turn back on the next time you restart.
