It isn't the same.

It is verylike the Trojan.StartPage --
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.startpage.html

Exceute MSCONFIG.EXE and go to the Startup Tab.
look for...
"sp" = "rundll32 %Temp%\se.dll,DllInstall"
Disable it then reboot the PC.

Go to; Start --> Run
Exexcute; %temp%

Delete all files.
