Thanks for the heads-up. I've been skimming through the articles and related links to see if there is any mention of the Sony rootkit's installation process needing 'Autoplay' enabled to get started. I don't have a Sony 'malware' CD with which to experiment. Anyone have any experience with this?
you don't need autoplay enabled, you could go and execute the installer by hand if you wanted...
