REQ: Newbie - Help removing AproposMedia

I have Googled for help but, as a non-techie, got confused... Is there a
relatively simple way of removing AproposMedia?

I have run Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, AVG and Microsoft Anti Spyware but it keeps
returning, even after doing all this in Safe Mode.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
