Good thinking, Batman!
Trying to rid myself of aaApp.exe issues is a long and winding road; I'll
leave NAV on for a while, so I can see if disabling the NIS firewall had
improved things. If it hasn't I'll take another step (turn off NAV).
Which means, of course, that I'm running both NAV and AVG at the same time
which is no doubt a cardinal sin; but it seemed to work fine - at least
while everything was working fine!
I'll get there!
