Annoying popup

I use Zone Alarm including it's virus program and Ad-aware plus the Google
pop-up blocker and I'm still getting a really annoying pop-up from a site
whose URL is www.superslots.com. Any ideas how to get rid of this pop-up or
where it's coming from? I use IE 6.
