That is your Recycle Bin (unless you once had one of the Norton products
which included Norton Protected Recycle Bin). So just emptying the Bin
should do it. If you had a Norton program and forgot to disable the
Protected Recycle Bin before uninstalling it, make sure you can see all
hidden files (from Folder Options) and delete the Recyclers folder. You
may need to go into Safe Mode to do this.
