Evidence like that can be very misleading. Anyway - being infected with
that many viruses says more about the user than it does about their
choice of AV software.

The two main complaints about Norton are how it drags down the system
with its bloat, and the difficulty when trying to remove it. If I were
you, I would go ahead and use Norton - but then I wouldn't be too
concerned about drag.
