I don't block everyone, just persistent trolls/spammers who keep changing their posting name. It's a question of signal to noise ratio - even if the troll occassionally has something useful to say, the troll/spam posts outweigh that at some point (in my judgment and last time I looked I still get to decide what I read and what I don't) and into my killfile they go, no matter how many times they change their name.
Surely a good idea (though actually against manuf. instructions) to backflush a Silvia but this would not account for steaming problems.

hardness (and therefore rate of scaling). In a hard water area it's
possible that your boiler is now plated with (or even almost filled with)
input from others. he has it blocked.
