why was tex banned from CoffeeGeek? SECTION 2. FROM tdh himself!

" I have been suspended for a second time. A while back I ran afoul of
the
site rule to only sell personal property in the Buy, Sell, & Trade
forum. For this transgression I was suspended, rightfully so I might
add. I was reinstated by Mark and have been faithfully abiding by all
Coffee Geek rules since.

Recently I listed my personal La Pavoni Europicolla and a set of
Mazzer
Super Jolly burrs for a grinder I no longer owned and for that I was
suspended again. Let me point out that when I was reinstated the first
time I was under the impression that it was with full membership
privileges. Apparently I misunderstood because I was suspended for
these
posts once again.

Now Mark has suggested that I can rejoin Coffee Geek, with the
stipulation that I no longer post in the Buy, Sell, Trade forum. I can
handle that, but I wonder how long I'd be reinstated before a
Moderator
found some excuse to send me off yet again? I say this because it was
common knowledge that some of the Moderators were looking for any
excuse
to give me the boot.

So I'm asking, what's the point of accepting Mark's offer if even one
of
the Moderators is still looking for an excuse to ding me for any
perceived violation of forum policies? I need some assurances from the
moderators that they're willing to give me the same benefit of the
doubt
that they'd extend to other members.

I am going to check in at the site and will hope to see some
reassurance
that I am welcomed by all the Moderators and not just Mark before I
decide what to do..
